Cool Colourful Co-Ords

Coming to you Sunday evening (recovering from a hangover oops) as I finally have some time to actually write this week’s blog post!

So I’m loving co-ord sets at the moment and I finally got my hands on a set that I am just in love with. I went shopping on Friday night to find a friend’s birthday present and accidentally stumbled into Uniqlo (not my usual go to I must admit). Then again stumbled into the fitting room and before I knew it I was at the till, blindsided with excitement and adoration. It’s the first thing I’ve bought pretty much this year and I’m chuffed with it, it’s something I don’t have in my wardrobe and know I’ll get a lot of wear out of it.

The set is part of Uniqlo’s collab with Marimekko. I loved the outfit in the pink colour way too but decided to go for the orange version as it’s a bit different and not what I usually wear. There’s also a matching bag which I’m tempted with also.

I got the shirt in an XS as it’s more flattering for me if it’s more fitted and the trousers in a medium. Trousers are tricky one for me (normally tight across the thighs and a huge gaping hole at the back) but these fit like a glove. With an elasticated waistband as well, my tummy is going to love me.
